Your international offer

So, you've been offered a place a Federation University. Fantastic news. Very exciting. The first thing you need to do is accept that offer.

Accept your offer

Make sure you’ve met all the conditions of your offer (if there are any). You’ll find these in the 'Conditions' section of your 'International Student Offer and Acceptance Agreement'. If you do need to supply more documents, upload them via StudyLink.

Follow the instructions in the 'Accepting Your Offer' pack (which we emailed with your offer letter).

Complete the 'International Student Offer and Acceptance Agreement' (don’t forget to sign section 14), then upload all of the pages via StudyLink

After you accept your offer, you’ll be directed to the Convera GlobalPay platform. You’ll need to pay a fee deposit to secure your place at Federation. Follow the instructions in the 'International Student Offer and Acceptance Agreement' or the How to Make Your Payment user guide (PDF, 2.6 MB). Still not sure? Watch the Convera GlobalPay for Students video in English or choose one of these languages:

It usually takes 2–3 work days for your payment to come through, but it can take up to a week.

Due to economic sanctions, Convera does not process payments to, from or involving residents of Iran, North Korea, Cuba and the Crimea, Luhansk and Donetsk provinces of Ukraine. See the Convera website for more info about this. If you have any questions about Convera, read the FAQs or email studentsupport@convera.com

We’ll send you a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) when you’ve met all conditions on your ‘International Student Offer and Acceptance Agreement’ and we’ve received your payment.

Apply for your visa straightaway, through the Department of Home Affairs website. You’ll need your CoE, evidence of your OSHC (overseas student health cover), identity documents, evidence of your English language level and more.
