Our state‑of‑the‑art Health, Sports and Aquatic Centre is your place to move, train and unwind. The Mt Helen Campus facility features a heated indoor 25‑metre pool, a fully equipped gym, indoor sports courts, dance studio and outdoor tennis courts. We also offer group fitness classes, swimming lessons, personal training and athlete testing.
Anyone can use the Health, Sports and Aquatic Centre – Federation students, staff and members of the public. If you're keen to come regularly, you can get a 12-month membership. If occasional exercise is more your thing, you can just pay each time you visit.

Health promotion workshops for your staff
We provide wellbeing workshops and educational sessions to local organisations. If you're looking to support a healthier, more engaged workplace, call (03) 5327 9695 or email hsa@federation.edu.au to discuss possible topics and delivery. You can book a one‑off event or a series of regular sessions.
