Discover the benefits of partnering with Federation. Expand your workforce, grow your business, upskill your employees and more.

University-industry connection is vital. But it doesn’t just benefit our students. Partnering with Federation might help to reinvigorate your business. How? You could join our Co-op education model or an industry advisory group. We could train your staff. You could take on an apprentice (or two), or set up a scholarship. We’d love to get to know you.

Hear about our Co-op model

Co-op is all about collaboration between the university with employers and with the learners so that we can make sure that they have a lifetime future in the regions with the vibrant employment that is absolutely powering ahead here in Ballarat.

IBM is very, very proud of the partnership that we have with Federation University. It's been 25 years running and still going very, very strong. And in fact, the partnership that we have here is an exemplar around the country. You know, IBM is saying this works, this really works for us. How can we replicate what we're doing with Federation University in Ballarat and the regions in other areas around the country, which is pretty nice.

Got something bigger in mind?

If you've got a project or initiative that you'd like help with – something that would benefit from a full partnership arrangement – we'd love to know about it. Explore our current collaborations in education, sport, research, health and social assistance to get an idea of how we could support your organisation.
